Refund policy

If the full report does not show you anything you can act on, email hello@rankloupe.com within 14 days of purchase with the address of your report and we will refund the full amount. No other conditions apply.

If a report fails to generate because of a fault on our side, we refund you automatically or regenerate it at your choice.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
