The data controller is Talat KOÇ, sole proprietorship, Gökalp Tax Office, Türkiye (hello@rankloupe.com). This policy explains what we collect when you use RankLoupe.
What we collect
The website address and optional details you enter; your email address if you give it; your IP address, used to prevent abuse and limit the number of free scans; and the measurements and report produced for the site.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. We receive a transaction reference and status, never your card details.
Why
To run the inspection you requested, to send you the findings you asked for, to deliver a report you bought, to prevent abuse, and, only if you tick the box, to send occasional tips about search and AI visibility. The legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, and your consent for marketing email.
Service providers
DataForSEO (search results, rankings, backlinks and AI answer tests), Google PageSpeed Insights (speed measurements), Anthropic (drafting the written analysis from the measurements), Paddle (payment) and our hosting and email providers. They process data only to provide their service to us. Some are located outside Türkiye; transfers are made under the safeguards the law requires.
Retention
Free scans are deleted after 90 days. Paid reports are kept for 2 years so that you can return to them, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Records required for tax and accounting are kept for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time by writing to hello@rankloupe.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
Cookies
RankLoupe does not use advertising or analytics cookies without your consent. Paddle sets the cookies it needs to process a payment when you open checkout.
